# Japan Data Center Watch

> 日本全国のAIデータセンター施設・開発計画を、公式発表・行政資料・報道の出典とともに追跡する公開データベース。施設ごとに Evidence Level（E1〜E5）と座標精度を明示する。

本サイトは公的な規制台帳・許認可の代替・投資助言ではない。掲載は施設や事業者の違法性・不当性を認定しない。未確認情報（E0）は公開しない。市区町村代表点の地図ピンを正確な施設位置として扱わない。

## What it does
- 公開施設台帳（状態・所在地・事業者・電力容量の意味区分・出典）
- 出典付きの状態タイムライン（追記型・訂正は correction イベント）
- 全国マップ（座標精度に応じたマーカー表現）
- 施設一覧から対象ピンへ移動し、地図のピンから施設詳細を開ける相互リンク
- 統計・電力需要解説・送電網参考レイヤー・水資源と水害の公式参考情報・地域の動き・関連ニュース
- 人間検証可能な公開 API（JSON / GeoJSON）と OpenAPI / llms.txt
- 日本語 UI と英語 UI（`/en`）。IP による強制言語切替はしない

## What it is not
- 政府・自治体の公式規制台帳ではない
- 認証・格付け・投資助言・取引所ではない
- 一次資料そのものの著作権を譲渡・再許諾するものではない
- 送電網レイヤーは供給区域（管内）・空き容量・接続可否を示さない（物理位置の参考のみ）
- 住民からの個人情報を収集する通報フォームではない

- Update frequency: 施設・地域記録は出典確認後に随時更新。検証済み関連ニュースは公開データに紐づいた出典から生成され、JDC未確認のAIフィードは毎日11:12 JSTの同期後に更新されます。各ニュースAPIは最大50件を返します。各レコードの updated_at、last_verified_at、published_date、retrieved_at、first_seen_at 等で個別の鮮度を確認してください。
- Cache: 検証済みエンドポイント（/api/v1/newsを含む）は Cache-Control: public, s-maxage=300（共有キャッシュ5分）、/api/v1/ai-feed は Cache-Control: no-store（キャッシュ無効・最新取得）です
- CSV は未提供。CORS は配信設定であり agent-ready の判定要件ではない
